Bosco del Merlo 1977 founded by sisters Carlo, Lucia and Roberto Paladin in the Annone Veneto region. The family has deep traditions and extensive experience in the production of calm and sparkling wine. The grapes are harvested early to maintain a good acidity balance. Mild, creamy, very fragrant, light sparkling wine. The expressive scents of forest berries, strawberries, raspberries, ripe apples and citrus dominate.
