Description
1901 Gaspare Parusso bought the first vineyard in the Mariondino area in the province of Castiglione Falletto. Later – the Rovella vineyard in the vicinity of Bussia. Today, the Parusso winery owns 28 hectares of magnificent vineyards in the provinces of Monforte d’Alba and Castiglione Falletto. The Parusso family still works with great passion, dedication, a constant desire to improve, experiment, and also continues the deep traditions of their ancestors. Since 1787. historical sources point to the use of the classic sparkling production method in Piedmont and, no doubt, to the regionally typical Nebbiolo grapes. Secondary fermentation with yeast – 36 months. Fresh, mild, creamy, aromatic, refreshing acid, balanced body wine with a long-lasting aftertaste. It has aromas of apricots, strawberries, raspberries, strawberries, roses and wildflowers.
