The Casa Paladin Group Winery was founded in 1962. Motta di Livenza near Treviso. The vineyards are topographically located in the province of Venice in the areas of Annone Veneto, Lison-Pramaggiore. The sparkling wine blend consists of Glera 90%, Pinot Nero10%. Spicy, soft, fruity, floral, fragrant, expressive acid, delicate body wine with a long-lasting aftertaste. It is characterized by the scents of forest berries, raspberries, pears, citrus, wildflowers, chamomile, citrus fruits, herbs. A long-awaited decision was made by the chairman of the wine committee, Stefano Zanette, who allows the production of rosé Prosecco wine. It is officially approved by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The regulation deals with: the use of the Pinot Nero grape variety within the 15% blend, the Brut Nature and Extra Dry stylistic options in terms of residual sugar proportions, etc. it is not a bad thing to necessarily “Millesimato”, what it means – the specified vine.
