Casteliio Bonomi Winery is located on the mountain slopes of Orfano, a beautiful beauty. The name of Castello Bonomi comes from the Art Nouveau building, which dates back to the 19th century. designed by architect Antonio Tagliaferri. The grape blend (Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir 70%) is harvested from the old vines of Castello Bonomi. Seedling density – 2800 pcs. / ha. Secondary fermentation with yeast – 10 years. Residual sugar 4 gr. / ltr. Refined, stunning, rich, solemn, multi-faceted, mineral, complex, durable, expressive body, acid and texture, oxidized style, with a particularly long-lasting aftertaste. The aromas of dried apples, white melons, black bread, herbs, vanilla, linden, acacia, cumin, honey, cream, roasted almonds dominate.
