Walter Contato winemaker, originally from Milan in 1967. founded the winery, which to this day, represented by a new generation of winemakers, is a real pride of the Lugana region. The grapes are picked exclusively by hand. After malolactic fermentation and maceration with skins in stainless steel barrels, wine for 18 months. matured in 225 L. French oak barrels. Polygonal, complex, berry, chewable, silky tannins, full-body wine with an extremely long-lasting aftertaste. Characterized by black berries, cherries, prunes, black pepper, spices, balsamic, roasted almonds, leather, tobacco, earthy scents.
