Description
Bosco del Merlo 1977 founded by sisters Carlo, Lucia and Roberto Paladin in the Annone Veneto region. The family has deep traditions and extensive experience in the production of calm and sparkling wine. A rare occasion, however, this rosé wine is made from the white Pinot Grigio grape variety. The light copper color of the wine is given by the result of longer macerations with skins in stainless steel barrels. This is because the berries of Pinot Grigio genetically have redness in their skins. Thus, Pinot Grigio provides us with both white and rosé wines. The soil is clayey, so the raw material acquires optimal acidity, fertility and mineralism. Spicy, berry, soft, fragrant, expressive acid, delicate body wine with a long-lasting aftertaste. It smells of strawberries, raspberries, pears, citrus fruits, dried herbs.
